Why is my timezone not covered in 9zone?

Well technically all timezones can be derived from GMT ;-) but that's not the point you are raising. There are two reasons why 24 time zones are not included.
1. The all inclusive approach of listing all 24 just makes it so boring.
2. I took the 9 most used or where there is lot of action in today's economy. You can argue why not 10 or 12?. Again I just happen to like the number 9.

Historically GMT was the center of the world as seen during the industrial age. the world kind of revolved around that. EST and PST emerged as the new world order in the 20th and 21st century. However we see the eastward migration today. Who doesn't know the time difference between PST and IST these days?. The idea of 9zone is to capture this dynamics of Asia rising and traditional West grappling with it.

I don't think Asia will monopolize the world order. This millenium will bring balance to the economic and political power distribution. Its going to be a truly global world interconnected in ways unimaginable that it will melt the racial, political and social boundaries.
